What are the pillars of 'Umrah?
Umrah started as a
spiritual worship in which the Muslim moves from the world of the world to the
world of the Hereafter. He communicates directly with his Creator, and it is
performed at any time of the year. If the Muslim intends to perform Umrah, he
is obliged to perform specific deeds and matters. Umrah has a set of pillars,
duties, conditions and the years to come. The meaning of 'Umrah Umrah in the
language is collected by Umrat and Umrah. Umrah means everything that is placed
on the head, such as the turban, the capsule and the like. Umrah also means:
All that separates between the grains of the contract and the Umrah: the
combination of the eye gathers on Amrat, Amarat and Omar. It is also meant to
refer to the place of Aamir. [1] Umrah is a term: it is a visit to the house of
Allaah in particular. It is the well-known ascetic, which is composed of Ihram
and Talib, and tawaaf in the house, and the pursuit between al-Safa and
al-Marwah, and throat or default. [2] Pillars of Umrah the scholars differed on
the three pillars of 'Umrah on the basis of three sayings. Some of the scholars
considered arkana to be abrogated by others and regarded them as conditions of'
umrah or duties for them. Others added conditions that were not required by
other jurists. ] Ihram: Ihram is from the meeqaat of the place specified by the
Prophet - may Allah bless him and grant him peace - for those who passed
through the meeqaat or passed by it. The Ihram went to the corner of the
scholars of the Maalikis, Shaafa'is and Hanbalis, while the scholars of the
Hanafi see that ihraam is one of the conditions of ' . The tawaaf in the Kaaba
is seven complete cycles: the beginning of the tawaaf of the black stone and
the completion of it in each run, a corner by agreement of the four jurists Abu
Hanifa, Malik, Shafi'i and Ahmad bin Hanbal, the only corner at the Hanafis. (5)
However, the Hanafis considered that the corner of the tawaaf is not all of it,
but the Umrah performed four consecutive rak'ahs , and he accepted his Umrah,
and completed seven rak'ahs. Omar ibn al-Safa and al-Marwah: That the Umrah
should seek seven steps starting from Safa and ending with al-Marwa. The fuqaha
'also agreed on the corner of the hadeeth, and whoever did' Umrah and did not
seek it did not accept his age, except for the Hanafis who regarded the pursuit
as a duty of 'Umrah. The Hanafis differentiate between the pillar and the duty
in terms of strength. The throat or the default: The uniqueness of the
Shaafa'is in the corner of the throat, and the rest of the scholars disagreed,
they did not consider him a pillar. The duties of Umrah the Umrah has duties
that the fuqaha 'have agreed upon, that it should not be recited. If one of
these duties is lost from the' Umrah, he must sacrifice the gift, which is as
follows: [6] Ihram: This is for those who did not say the blessing only
Hanafih, and Ihram of the meeqaat spatial between Mecca and Medina, which
provides the Umrah. The stripping of each stitching for men only, and women
begin to wear anything that is compatible with the characteristics of the legal
veil. The throat or shortness of the non-Shaafa'is; where the Shaafa'is
considered the throat of the pillars of the Umrah as already explained. Umrah
and its etiquette It is mustahabb for a pilgrim to do some acts if he is haraam
and does not have to perform Umrah, and it is one of those deeds and customs
that are desirable and the following: [6] Shaving pubic hair and trimming of
nails: It is desirable for the pilgrim to shave the pubic and trim nails to
bring hygiene and push for infection and diseases. Ablution: If the pilgrim
wants to do ihraam for 'Umrah from the meeqaat, then it is mustahabb for him to
wash to remove the traces of travel and dust of the road, so that the kaaba
will be clean and clean. Al-Tayyib: It is also said that it is meant to show
cleanliness and self-interest, so that the pilgrims do not alienate the bad
smells resulting from race and others. Al-Taleb and raising the voice for men
without women: After the pilgrim is forbidden to go to Mecca, it is permissible
for him to start the prayer, saying: "If you have a partner, you have no
partner for you. Praise be to you and the king is not your partner." The Sunnah:
It is Sunnah for a pilgrim to stipulate in the intention of ihraam that if he
does something or stops him from performing the 'Umrah and completing it or
committing ihram, he will be deprived of that position and resume his age.
Mu'tamir recites the intention, saying: "To bless you, O 'Umrah." It
is mustahabb for the pilgrim to kiss the black stone and his obligation if
possible, if he cannot because of the crowd, he will refer to him if he joins
him. Impression for the man in the tawaaf, and that the man highlights his
right shoulder and covers the left. Sand: It means speeding up walking in the
first three rounds, for men without women. The multiplication of male and du'aa
'in tawaaf and saa'i. Praying two rak'ahs after completing the tawaaf. Going up
Mount Safa and saying: "We start with what God started with." The
scrambling between the two elms in the quest, and they are marked in green.
Ruling on 'Umrah the scholars differed concerning the ruling on 'Umrah on the
basis of several opinions. Some of them are of the view that it is obligatory,
and some of them say that it is a confirmed and obligatory year. The following
is a statement of the scholars and the evidence on which each group is based:
[2] [7] The scholars of the Hanafis and Malikis believe that Umrah is
considered a confirmed Sunnah and it is not obligatory for a Muslim, and the
Muslim should perform it at least once in his life. The companions of this
hadeeth were quoted as saying that Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allaah be pleased
with him) said: (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: According to
the scholars of the Hanafis, they say that ' umrah is obligatory on every
Muslim once in a lifetime. The Muslim should perform it once in a lifetime for
them as a matter of necessity. It is well known that the Hanafis have the
lowest level of obligatory and higher than the Sunnah in terms of status and
importance. The scholars of the Shaafa'is and Hanbalis see that 'Umrah is
obligatory on every Muslim who is charged once in his lifetime, and they have
quoted what they have said to him, saying: "They completed Hajj and' Umrah
for Allah." [9] She said: (O Messenger of Allah on women Jihad? He said:
Yes, they have jihad, not fight it: Hajj and Umrah)
